Scope

Sarah Farquhar of CHILDforum contracted us to redesign the existing web for the New Zealand Early Childhood Research Network. As an information rich website it was important to create a look that captured the commitment to early childhood research and development, displaying the content with a key focus on information accessibility, but without losing the sense of fun that such a topic should engender.

A major aspect of the project was to develop an online administration system, allowing for ease of content management and editing, ease of uploading of PDF/Word documents and photos... It was important that the administration be simple to self manage, allowing maximum flexibility in adding, editing and removing publications, book reviews, articles etc.

Included within the scope of the contract were items such as domain name transfer, hosting set up, interface and architecture design and application customization.
