Scope

Alison Bowman contracted us to re-design the existing web site for her online scrapbooking website. As a web site providing information and products for scrapbook enthusiasts, it was important to create a look that embodied a casual sense of fun. Alison, liked the concept we came up with, and has since had her Christchurch store fitted to incorporate the look used on the web site.

A key focus of the project was to enhance the shopping and administration aspects of the site. We added a shopping cart with the ability to purchase via credit card or mail order online, and a simple to use online product and sales management system. It was important that the administration be easy to self manage, allowing maximum flexibility in adding, editing and removing products and categories.

Included within the scope of the contract were items such as domain name transfer, hosting set up, interface and architecture design, shopping cart and application customization.
