Scope

Primeproperty Group Limited contracted us to create a website with the purpose of marketing their ongoing real estate developments as well as managing accommodation. They had some existing web sites and saw the importance of web marketing. However, they were unhappy with their current websites and had experienced some problems with the previous web design company. They wanted their future web sites to be more integrated with high impact animation and quality graphics, whilst representing an overall 'Primeproperty' image and allowing visitors to jump from one development to another effectively maximizing the marketing potential of each web site.

The first stage in this process has been to create a website for their latest development, Terrace Heights. The second stage has been create a new site for Terrace Heights Executive Apartments, which accommodates the executive leasing and accommodation side of their business. The third stage has been to create a portal site for Primeproperty Group Ltd, supplying information about the company, each new development, as well as other areas of the business such as commercial leasing and construction and fitout. The new sites are all integrated with an overall design feel, reinforcing the 'Primeproperty' image, but each with it's own look and feel consistent with other marketing media.

Included within the scope of the contract were items such as domain name transfer, hosting set up, application development for updating specific content areas and viewing web statistics, search engine optimization and ongoing web statistics monitoring.
